Design Concept - it's always great to have an idea of what you'd like your item to look like be it color, size, fiber, medium, etc.  Pictures of what you like are helpful too!

Materials - most my organic yarns are ordered online if I don't have them on hand.  Delivery of those supplies may take up to 9 days so please factor that into your deadline to receive items. 

Project Time - here are some rough estimates to be aware of
♥ Scarves:  5 hours for adult sizes, 2-3 hours for kids
♥ Hats:  2-3 hours
♥ Washcloths: 1 hour per washcloth
♥ Baby Blankets: up to 20 hours per blanket

Payment - once a price is happily agreed upon, payment will be due up front with any shipping cost. 

Shipment - I ship free in the U.S. for all my scarves & hats!  I also ship anywhere else on our lovely planet.  Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of your order's completion.  I can certainly ship to any address you like, however there may or may not be a small fee for delivery confirmation.  Insuring packages is up to you.  Once items are shipped I am not responsible for their well-being yet I hope the best for their safe transit!
